CXstyle is a Taiwan-based OEM/ODM manufacturer specializing in office chairs, ergonomic seating, bar stools, lumbar supports, footrests, wrist gel pads, and protective sports gear. We handle the full production cycle — CNC machining, plastic injection molding, metal welding, sewing, foam molding, and final assembly — inside our own facility in Guanmiao District, Tainan. Outsourcing is the single biggest source of lead-time variance and quality drift in furniture manufacturing. CXstyle keeps every value-adding step in-house — so we own the schedule, the spec, and the QC trail end to end.

Computer-controlled precision machining for aluminum, wood, plastic, and metal sheet — used for chair components, tooling, and custom parts to buyer specification.

Plastic Injection Molding

Plastic Injection Molding

Injection molding for chair shells, armrest pads, base components, and small-to-mid plastic parts. In-house mold design and modification.

Sewing & Upholstery

Sewing & Upholstery

Conveyor-equipped sewing lines for fabric, mesh, leather, and synthetic upholstery. Pattern cutting, edge binding, and assembly handled in-house.

Metal Welding & Bending

Metal Welding & Bending

Tube and sheet welding for chair frames, footrest bars, and structural components. CNC tube bending for shaped frame profiles.

Foam Molding & Cutting

Foam Molding & Cutting

Foam molding plus precision foam cutting for seat cushions, lumbar inserts, armrest pads, and protective liners.

Assembly & Quality Control

Assembly & Quality Control

Final assembly with in-process and final inspection before packing for export. Buyer-arranged third-party inspections accommodated.

From Inquiry to Container

The full B2B production workflow

Every project follows the same six-stage path. Lead time, MOQ, payment terms, Incoterms, and warranty are confirmed per project at the quote stage.

STEP 01

Inquiry & Specification

Send drawings, samples, or reference photos with your destination market and target volume. We confirm feasibility, certifications required, and quote terms per project.

STEP 02

Sample Development

Soft sample produced using existing tooling, or new tooling created for ODM projects. Engineering review with our R&D team for spec confirmation and cost-down opportunities.

STEP 03

Pre-production Approval

Golden sample sign-off on color, hardware, packaging, labels, and country-specific compliance markings before mass production begins.

STEP 04

Mass Production

In-process QC at every station. Capacity scaling for repeat orders. Production schedule confirmed at PO and tracked through to shipment.

STEP 05

Inspection & Packing

Final QC including assembly, function, and visual checks. Standard export carton or buyer's brand carton. Container loading plan provided for FCL orders.

STEP 06

Shipping & After-Sales

Incoterms, port, and shipping mode confirmed at quote. Replacement parts and warranty terms arranged on a per-project basis.
